Refund Policy

We support customers when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description. A request must reach us within 30 calendar days after delivery. Returns based only on a change of mind, personal preference, or choosing the wrong size or option are not accepted, without limiting rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Request and review

Email mahommedalimujawer@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason, and clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and relevant parts. Do not mail anything before approval. If approved, we provide the correct return address and instructions. Replacement or exchange depends on review and available stock.

Refund timing

For an approved refund, we initiate the return to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional posting time.
