Shipping Policy

This policy explains how orders for our lunch boxes, insulated lunch bags, drinkware, food-storage containers, and practical meal-prep accessories move from payment approval to delivery.

Processing and transit

After payment is authorized, we normally prepare an order in about 1–2 business days. Once the carrier accepts it, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded, and these estimates are not a guaranteed arrival date.

Delivery details

Shipping availability and charges are shown at checkout. Customers must enter a complete address, email, and telephone number. Tracking is sent when available. For delay, loss, a delivered-but-missing parcel, or transit damage, email mahommedalimujawer@gmail.com with the order number and tracking details so we can review the carrier record. Restrictions may apply by destination.
